Hi, I’m Katie
Spoiler alert: I get a little excited about nursing excellence.
I am a nurse leader with a passion for inspiring, challenging, and mentoring others, as well as creating lean organizational structures that empower all. My motivation is rooted in the belief that leadership should not be limited to a select few at the top. In my experience, organizations are most successful when responsibility, control, and decision-making are encouraged at all levels — especially at the point of care where the work is being done.
I created KSC with these beliefs at the core. My goal is to help create professional practice environments where everyone engages and contributes their full intellectual and emotional capacity, enabling leaders throughout every level of the organization.
